So you don't care about a stupid old hurricane that was thousands of miles away? Well,better think again. Approximately 1/3 of the total U.S. crude oil production passes through New Orleans and has stopped flowing because of Hurricane Katrina. The question is not whether but how much the loss of 1/3 of US oil production will affect the cost of oil/gasoline. (You read it here first.)
